Warranty & Claims

All Medinah Power lighting products come with a warranty of 5 years. This warranty is offered to you by Medinah Power.

Subject to the terms of this document, Medinah Power warrants to the end purchaser of the product that it will, in its sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund, without charge, any lighting product (the “Product”) or the defective part if the Product fails due to any manufacturing defect during the first 5 years or 50,000 hours of operation following initial installation, whichever is earlier.

This warranty applies to all lighting product ranges offered by Medinah Power unless specified otherwise.

Medinah Power will always attempt to troubleshoot or replace any product part(s) prior to sending a replacement fixture. Any refunds or credits issued to the purchaser will be on a prorated basis calculated as:
Invoice Price ($) × Remaining Warranty Period (months) / Warranty Period (months)

If Medinah Power chooses to replace a product and is not able to do so because it has been discontinued, modified, or is otherwise unavailable, Medinah Power may, in its sole discretion, replace it with a comparable product that is functionally equivalent.

The warranty period starts on the date of the customer invoice.


THIS WARRANTY IS APPLICABLE PROVIDED:

  • The product is properly installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instruction manual.
  • The product has not been subjected to unauthorized modifications.
  • The product is used only for its intended purpose of illumination.
  • Any faults due to misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, or non-observance of instructions are specifically excluded.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • Damage caused by acts of God or other events beyond Medinah Power’s control, including but not limited to fire, theft, storms, and floods.
  • Unauthorized modifications.
  • Power interruptions, surges, or failures.
  • Water or moisture damage due to tampering or modifications.
  • Chemical impact, environmental abuse, improper cleaning, or exposure to harsh substances.
  • Mishandling or accidental damage.
  • Use of accessories or components not supplied by Medinah Power.
  • Fading of paint or surface coating.

EXTENT OF WARRANTY:

  • The first end purchaser is responsible for all costs arising from repair or replacement beyond the product itself.
  • If products are replaced under warranty, the new product’s coverage ends on the original warranty’s expiration date.
  • This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

ELIGIBILITY FOR WARRANTY:

To qualify, the purchaser must provide:

  • The original sales receipt or acceptable proof of purchase.
  • Installation address and evidence that installation followed Medinah Power guidelines.
  • Photos of the defective product and any other helpful diagnostics.

Return requests for damaged products must be made within 30 days of the shipment date and are valid for a 30-day period.

No terms, conditions, or agreements outside this document—unless legally required or signed in writing by an authorized Medinah Power representative—are binding.
